I think the cover was instant, but I received no email confirmation telling me so. I am hoping something will arrive in the post. Being an expensive 0844 number to contact customer services I am reluctant to contact them. I only hope that if I do have to claim, the service is better. The price of the policy seems competitive,, but I don't think you really know until you make a claim and you discover that everything you thought to be covered turns out not to be!
Further to this review, all was instantly sorted and I am now a VERY happy traveller!
I was a bit nervous as to whether my bed would arrive on the day I asked for since I only had a couple of clicks on the mouse from start to finish to complete the transaction. But I held my breath and waited and surprisingly it turned up! The bed frame itself was better than expected, since I had recently ordered another item from elsewhere and I was very disappointed as it was smaller than I thought and not of good quality . This bed frame I bought from First Furniture was excellent value for money and I have no complaints. I would still prefer to see the item before I bought it, but since we all have to shop by the internet now to get the best choice this Company delivered a first class experience.
