Awful customer service - well; lack of really; no response to emails I have sent - I realise you have a lot of business but at least update the customer portal of your website to show what is happening with the orders!
Sent my iPhone off 14th of Feb- Special Delivery with electronic proof of delivery; and no payment or acknowledgement since; over £200 worth of phone I have now lost! Very unhappy. Can't comment on the price received for my phone - because I haven't been given one yet - but reading these reviews and based on the service so far, I am not hopeful. Wish I had gone elsewhere!
Edit 05/03/2013 - Although my phone has got lost somewhere in their system; - Bozowi have sent me emails; it appears they have been blacklisted as spam by my email service provider - which has now been amended. Hopefully my phone will be found and this can be rectified soon!
