Although there was a bit of confusion with my order, they got to the bottom of it and ensured that the item was dispatched directly from the factory to me to save on downtime on site.

Super shoes super fast!
I had tried to buy a pair of FitFlops from BrandAlley - I had ordered and paid for them. However, when the HUGE parcel turned up I realised something must have gone wrong! A pair of high heeled black suede boots was sent - and BrandAlley no longer has my shoes! Grrr! So I searched again - and guess what? - I found the same pair FOR LESS from Shoetique. Brilliant! They delivered the right pair of shoes (OK not rocket science, but still...) super fast and I saved over £15. Moral of the tale: Sale sites are not always cheapest and are certainly not the best!
