My lower back is constantly stiff and painful and it's hard to always remember to engage your tummy muscles to support it when you bend. The pain was getting me down and I was fed up. My sports therapist recommended physiques as somewhere to get a back support from. That evening I went on the website, found the product, ordered it and by Friday I was wearing it. Just a bit of support makes so much difference. From the look of their product list it won't be the only thing I buy. Really impressed.
