AS I KNEW THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO BE IN I LEFT DETAILS ON MY ORDER FOR MY 110V TRANSFORMER TO BE DELIVERED TO MY PARENTS ADDRESS.
ON RECEIVING THE ORDER CONFIRMATION BY EMAIL, I WAS PLEASED TO SEE THAT MY DELIVERY DETAILS HAD BEEN NOTED.
I ADVISED MY MOTHER THAT SHE SHOULD BE AROUND TO ACCEPT THIS DELIVERY.
ON WEDNESDAY 27/2/2013 I ARRIVED HOME TO FIND THAT THE TRANSFORMER HAD BEEN TRIED TO BE DELIVERED TO MY 'INVOICE' ADDRESS AND SUBSEQUENTLY THERE WAS A CARD FROM PARCELFORCE! THIS WAS BOTH INCONVENIENT AND SHOWED INCOMPETENCE ON THE COMPANIES PART.
