Informative website with an excellent array of tempting purchases, with full ingredients listed.
Could not understand why, when I ordered one of a particular item, it continued to come up as two on the final purchase order. I could not put it right but on ringing had my order completed by a helpful person.

My niggle is having to pay for a 'phone call which should not have been necessary.

Order now arrived, beautifully and securely packaged. Thank you.
Small chocolate tasters are scrumptious. I can see me having to order larger versions. What is so amazing is that they taste as described.

Following this particular customers problems when trying to place an order online, we did conduct a thorough test of our websites 'add to basket' functions.

Unfortunately, we were unable to re-create the fault, however, we were pleased to have the opportunity to be able to help our customer complete their order over the phone.
