I have done the Colon Cleanse a number of years ago and in January 2013 did the Colon Cleanse (best option version) again but this time followed by the Internal Cleansing Kit. Not only did I manage to lose a stone in weight, I felt better than I have in a long time. I have a longstanding Candida overgrowth problem resulting in allergies. The cleanse was a very good starting point to address it and after posing an online question to the Blue Herbs resident Nutritionist, I am currently eagerly awaiting my order for Bio-Kult Candea to declare the next phase of war on the Candida.
