On line service good but disappointed with end product

My daughter-in-law is in hospital and as yellow roses are her favourite flower I wanted to cheer her up with some. I live in Dorset and she is in hospital in Edinburgh so I decided to order some flowers on line. I specifically ordered the Summer meadow Trug because it stated that it included yellow roses. I was very disappointed that when the trug arrived although it looked nice, it was completely different from the description there was nowhere on the description to say that flowers may vary, had it done so I would not have ordered it because I really wanted Yellow Roses. I am so very put out and don't feel that I will be using this service again.
