I originally placed an order on the 22nd on February for a nokia lumia 800 on O2 network the following 2 weeks I was told the phone was not in stock and stock was due soon, then the following days I was sent a message saying the phone had been discontinued with the website, which was disappointing as I'd waited for nothing, I then rang up the company and was offered a different hand set called an lg? I didn't want an lg, I wanted a nokia. I then continued to research on the website at other nokias available I then came across the nokia lumia 900 but was a bit more expensive than I originally wanted to pay but I thought ill just go for it. It was highlighted IN STOCK online, but when I ordered the nokia 800 it said that too, so I rang the company to make sure it was in stock, I was told by one of the advisers that the lumia was in stock and I'd have it by the next day. Later that night I had an email saying the phone was yet again OUT OF STOCK I rang today which is Monday to find out what's going on as I have waited a now a month! Another adviser told me the phone was in stock and would hype with me tomorrow.. What have I just received? ANOTHER e mail, saying the phone is out of stock!!
I understand that handsets go out of stock, but being lied to is not cool! I'm going to wait another week and then ill take my money somewhere else!!! What's even worse is the handset cost me 40 pounds and they have taken that out of my account, and still no phone after a month?!
