We have been paying for "whatever happens" cover for our laptop for 5 years now. When we recently took it in to be fixed it was booked in then left in stores for 2 weeks before it was sent. Then when it came back it was not reparied properly. We have since been told twice it has been writen off and then told it has been repaired again. To add insult to injury the replacement we have been offered in completely inferior to the model we have. Between the laptop and the amount we have spent on the insurance we have lost over £1500. Think twice before you take out the insurance!
Everytime I upgrade I seems to get a lower value deal, it would be nice if o2 concidered the value of loyalty as much as it does new new business.
Stock shown on internet site when none available, when called to ask about lead time ficticious dates given. Also gave the impression they had a "special deal" with the suppliers to get extra stock which tuens out to be demo products!
