e-mail

Too many e-mails. E-mails get trapped in spam filter. Sure I didn't sign up for e-mail marketing (can you opt out at time of account creation?). Received e-mail advising 'my account had been verified'.... honestly... I don't care if my account is verified.... you took my money so I kind of guessed that you think I'm human. Apart from that - All good.

Update: I entered my address correctly. My street name includes the word JERSEY.

I do apologise for the inconvenience caused as to our e-mails. And my sincerest apologies also for my oversight! I have reserved myself the right to rewrite my reply...

As our system uses keywords to automatically go through orders and as you have correctly pointed out, the street name was Jersey but you did provide us an address in the mainland UK. Thus, your order did go into validation but was verified by my colleague. Automated e-mails are sent at these stages, which may explain why you kept receiving more and more of them.

I have opted you out of our newsletter which does generate quite a bit of unsolicited e-mails and again, if you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us and we would be happy to help!
