Did not deliver what was promised

Chose a bouquet for my daughter including pink roses which are her favourite. Only gerberas and eucalyptus in flowers delivered. No warning given of change of flowers and cost of bouquet out of proportion to what it included. Disappointed as this is first time I have used Iflorist
