Stupidly, I ordered two toilet cisterns by mistake, so I tried to return the item (at my expense).
It took 3 weeks, 3 phone calls and two emails to get a returns number, then an additional 5 weeks, 3 phone calls and two emails to get a refund.
This company ordered direct from the manufacturer, so I was told we were always waiting for the supplier to refund or return the item... which frankly wasn't my problem considering this company were holding my money. I don't find this sort of service acceptable, and considering the amount of time I wasted sorting this out I'd suggest future customers go elsewhere and pay a little more in case you have a problem.
