I made my first order for 5kg Instant Oats, 5kg Impact Whey Isolate and a few shakers, scoops, containers etc. The parcel was shipped promptly and received fairly quickly with the free Yodel delivery in about 2-3 days after ordering. Got home and was excited to open the parcel, but when I opened it I discovered the Whey Isolate was missing (the thing I was looking most forward to trying)!
I didn't want to call their premium rate 0845 number, so I contacted customer service by email regarding this and only received a reply THREE WORKING DAYS LATER! Very slow in my opinion...
They blamed the problem on their warehouse and shipped the protein out the next working day, but this time using a much slower courier - Hermes. So all in all it has taken almost 2 weeks to receive the order, an unacceptable length of time. However the quality of the product and price is always spot on, which is why I have not left a 1 star rating.
Hopefully my next order will be a more pleasant experience.
