Bad delivery service

I am pleased with my purchase, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

But I have to say the delivery service was unacceptable, I had to wait two weeks for my item to arrive which was in stock, and I made three phone calls to find out where it was.
The customer service team could not give me an answer why my item had not been dispatched from the the sister company warehouse.
