Not impressed with Plumnation....

Placing the order was simple enough, a clean and easy to use website but thats when it went wrong I am afraid.
I was contacted by email to tell me my radiator will be delivered two days later, which never arrived. I re-arranged it for one week later as that was the next day I would be home to accept the delivery and it turned up 4 days early consequently I wasnt in. I paid £6 for deliivery of which I had to drive 5 miles to go and get it myself...
On top of that the paint on the rad was chipped but it was too late to make a fuss as the rad had to be installed by the end of that week..

I am dissapointed!!!
