It seems the owner of this gift shop/site has been let down by employees or helpers not maintaining the business as he'd hoped in support at a difficult time. Although I have no way of knowing the situation for sure, the fact is that when I chose to resolve an unsent order through Paypal, his response was practically immediate, with a polite and apologetic phone call to ask how I would like to resolve, and following this an immediate full refund.
Wanted some holographic envelopes, actually for covering notebooks and various uses, as they were cheaper than the same holographic pattern on paper
