Ordered a guitar via the web site and the process was quick and easy. I selected to pay for the guitar with 0% finance (sweet deal) and this process was also easy to get through. However...
When selecting the finance option you can only get your item delivered to your billing address, in my case my home in North London. Sent an email asking to deliver it to my work address and called the store only to be told that it had to be delivered at my home address.
Took a half day from work to be there when the guitar arrived, 10 minutes after I got home got a phone call from a colleague telling me that my guitar got delivered to work!!!!
Not the best customer experience to be honest with you...
