I discovered at 1 pm on a Sunday that my passport had expired three months previoiusly, and we were taking our granddaughter on a birthday trip to London in three days. During the course of three phone calls, he calmly walked me through the entire process, explained exactly what would happen, and precisely what I had to provide, and went out of his way to be helpful and responsive to my many questions. Being 77, and not very computer literate, I could not have managed without his help. It took several hours to assemble the whole package, including downloaded documents, and I shipped them off to RushMy Passport Monday morning. In the course of the next 36 hours I received detailed reports of exactly where my application was in the process, and my new passport was delivered to us in New York on Wednesday morning, just as promised. Sammy's help was critical and just outstanding.
