I recently ordered some business cards for an upcoming event, the quality or the cards and paper were great except for the orientation of the one landscape design I created. I assumed the card would be flipped horizontally not vertically, so that card design came back upside down (turns out it was my own fault for not seeing the orientation selection during the order.) They contacted me first thing the next business day and fixed my order free of charge! Stephanie S. helped show me how to order correctly next time and was super sweet to me even though I was the one who messed the order up.
