good ,but no spares avaliable!!!

Good value but had trouble with hinges on unit,contacted victoria plumb wanting to purchase replacements but was told they dont sell "spares",would not tell me the manufacture of the hinges and that "any" would do! These items are only 6 months old and i cant get spares so what is going to happen when others have trouble in the next 5years! My customer is not very happy to have differrent holes drilled in unit and i will have to reconsider using victoria plumb for further products. Not very happy as i like to "stand by" the items i sell to my customers and not worry about getting spare parts for items.Things do ware but you dont expact to have to throw them away next year!
