Overall I was impressed with the level of service I received throughout the whole purchase. The salesman who I'd dealt with before was very helpful and friendly and all the staff were really nice and helpful. Everything was explained well enough and any questions were quickly answered. The only small gripe I had was when I asked if I could have a set of Fiesta carpet mats so I could leave the ones I had in the old car. The set I was given were Jennings own make universal mats where the driver side mat went too far under the pedals making the clutch more difficult to operate. I had to go back to Jennings and purchase a set of Fiesta specific mats myself - which was a bit disappointing
