low friction company

Ordered online, everything I needed was on this one web site, good communication from order placement through to delivery.
My only issue, was that I did not realise that I had to respond to set the delivery date, once the order was ready for despatch. However, after doing that, the order was delivered exactly when they said it would be, even down to the minute almost.

Hi for pallet deliveries we do book in the delivery with you, as you can imagine large bulky items arriving via HGV is a considerable exercise so we do need confirmation. I hope this can be more automated in the future. Regards, Mike at Buyaparcel.
