I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for Mothering Sunday. I wanted to guarantee that they would be there for her before she left where she was staying for the weekend, so I chose delivery on Saturday. No delivery on Saturday, but I was told that the flowers would be delivered on Sunday. I contacted Iflorist to explain, but they were not interested and said that delivery could be upto 48 hours!
My parents left the address that the flowers were supposed to be delivered at 17:15 on Sunday evening, no flowers!! I eventually got an email from Iflorist saying that at 19:30 the flowers had been delivered, despite my explanation to them that it was now a futile excercise as the property was now unoccupied for a fortnight!!!
To add to the insult, the YODEL delivery tracker claimed that the delivery was made at 08:01 on Sunday.
Bunch of lying con artists. I have put several complaints into their support system, but nothing has come back. I now find that the website appears to be down.......
I would avoid this company ring a local florist, they will probably give a better service and be cheaper to boot!
I am still unable to get the iflorist website to load, this adds to the confusion..... Are they in the process of folding and disappearing with lots of disappointed customers. I think they need to be a bit more proactive and let people know what is going on.
After directly emailing the Managing Director. I miraculously was given a refund!

I ordered my glasses using the new prescription. The glasses came in a few days, I tried them on and there was a problem, the prescription was wrong. After a quick email to GD the glasses were returned to await a new prescription after having my eyes tested again. new prescription duly scanned and forwarded, the new glasses arrived. Total satisfaction.
