Great communication with the company needed the alarm system purchased, to be delivered to my daughters address but my card was billed to my address - no problem.
My Daughter had literally only just moved in and was waiting for her land line to be connected so they rang her on her mobile and then rang me to check they could use my landline number that she had given them. Nothing was too much effort, they really added the personal touch and it was the weekend too. Ordered on Sunday and they were willing to deliver on Monday, but were happy to do it Tuesday to suit our needs. I was amazed. Thank you.
