The interneet is working very bad every day, I have to restart my router 2 or 3 times a day. The quality was bad from the beginning.

We’re never able to guarantee the stability of a wireless network, since many outside sources can cause interference. If you live in a building block with many wireless networks in the area, the troubleshooting can take a while, and in some rare cases, you will never get a stabile wireless network.
I can see that the connection from the central to your phone plug, is as expected, and is connected without any instability. I’d advise you to contact our support by phone on 32154500 for further troubleshooting.
