First, as a first-time customer, I would not notice the difference between the florist and courier delivery. It would be best if they were clearly laid before the online viewers.
Second, the chat representatives are too cold. They lacked on empathizing with the customers. Their responses were also canned.
But what's important is, it was delivered on the day I chose. The recipient was happy and appreciated the flowers and chocolates.
