I had been having problems with a brakers yard who took 4 full working days longer than the maximum postage date to post me a windscreen wiper linkage and arm. When it finally did arrive it was worse than useless, warped, corroded, bent, my garage rejected the part as scrap. I demanded a refund as my garage sourced me new parts to speed the job up - something I had no choice other than to do. I was very impressed by 247's passion to see justice done and their hatred of cowboys was very reassuring, they are more interested in the customer than the brakers yards' subscription fees - a rare thing to see. I have bought several things through 247 in the past, including engines, gear boxes, distributors, air flow sensors, the lot and never had a problem, this latest unsavoury incident has not soured my view of 247, in fact the opposite is true - knowing that they will fight your corner really allows you to buy with confidence.
