I bought 2 separate items and each time the communication about delivery etc was clear and accurate. The items arrived quickly, undamaged and correctly packaged at what was a very competitive price. I cannot say what the experience would be like if you had to claim under warranty for faulty goods, which for me is a concern when buying goods on the internet as opposed to buying from your local store, fortunately I haven't had to deal with that particular problem yet.
