Very disappointing

I was very impressed by the web site and ease at which I could send off my repair and the cost was competitive. However this is not as advertised a 24hour repair service.
My battery replacement for an iphone has taken almost a week. When I questioned this I was told there were an usually high number of repairs in that week. It only takes an hour to replace a battery and as I took the time to phone to ask if all was proceeding you would have thought they would have expedited it, but no I was told it was in the system and booked out for return the following week. Not impressed and would not recommend.
Plus have been asked to review the service and still not received my phone back!!
