I'm still waiting

The website was good to use. I found the exact product the vet had given my dog and felt confident to order the medical product on line.

However I'm still waiting. I know a ordered for goods to come first class post but that ws 4 days ago (6 if you include the weekend). This could be a problem in the future as I have a diabetic dog she can't afford to be without injections.
As it is I am having to take 0.5 day off work travel 70mile round trip to go and get more product from the VET instead of it just droping through my post box.
