Opodo are lying thieves. They made a mistake with my wife's reservations, and not only are they refusing to acknowledge it, apologize and rectify it, they're saying it's her fault and want £240 to change it!!!! £150 of which is an 'administration charge' but they don't seem to mind keeping us on hold. I'm so mad I can hardly type. To be honest I don't care who's fault it is. You want to charge a working person £240 for a couple mouse clicks? Don't talk to me about terms and conditions either, that doesn't make it right, it's a simple thing to change and it would be the decent thing to do. We don't spend our hard earned money on your flights just to be treated like this. Their computer system is full of errors, and quite frankly so are their brains. We obviously won't be doing business with them again, how could we when we can not only not trust them to get it right, but not fix it when they get it wrong?
