I bought a Beko American fridge freezer in silver. I ordered it in the morning it was delivered that same day. The two delivery men were lovely and I've never met to nicer men in my life. The only thing I will say the lady tried to sell me extra cover although I had 12 months manufacture warranty, she said that if I didn't take up the offer I couldn't have it later
She tried to convince me that the manufacturer warranty doesn't cover any parts of breakdown. I said yes it does, she said the law has changed and they have stopped doing this cover. She said the cover with APO is £7.00 a month from 28 days after buying the appliance.next Day the customer service phoned to see if I was happy with my appliance and service I have received. I explain what the lady had said they apologised and said she was wrong so she tried to me sell me a protection for my appliance even though I already had one with the manufacturer.
This company needs to be aware that this lady is trying to sell me something and tell lies just to get the cover sold to the customer to earn a commission. Like an idiot I agreed and set up a direct debit. After having a conversation with customer service the following day it was cancelled
It has made me reluctant to buy from these people again because of the pushy after sales team. It's a shame that they had these type of people working for them because it spoils it for the company and their prices are very good they sales team customer service is very good delivery men are really great helpful and couldn't do more for you
these people that try to push people into buying extra cover on top of the
Manufacturers 12 month warranty that already comes with the appliance
These pushy sales people shouldn't be allowed to get away with this mis-selling
Apart from that I was happy with the service and I bought from these people in the past
The roll arrived in a damaged bag. There was a pattern of staple pattern right through the roll, never seen any thing like it
I phoned the company, the lady DIDNT seem interested and very fage
She jyst kept repeating " don't know how that could have happened. I told her I was going to send the bags I had pulled off back with the roll instead of throwing them away for the manager of the company to see
I CERENTLY WON'T BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN IT'S OVIOUS THE ROLL WASN'T CHECKED PRIOR TO DISPATCH
