I ordered my system 3 weeks ago it arrived while I was out and signed for by a neighbour. It was clear that the box had been dropped due to the severely damaged packaging which also contained 2 holes. The inner box was punctured as well but the PC was unmarked. I contacted Dino PC who asked me to try the PC and they would send some stress testing software, I also pointed out that the special offer vouchers had not been received as promised with the order. [Name] at Dino PC said he would look into this, despite further phone calls and emails I have received nothing. There has been no answer to telephone calls or emails for several days, thus I am very worried.
I used this review site to help me choose a supplier, I wished I had scrolled down the page a bit further, on the right is the rating compared to others Dino PC is not placed well compared to its rivals. I did not notice this before ordering, please check for yourself for peace of mind.
I realise that problems can occur and this review would have been very different with decent customer service. The damaged caused was not the fault of Dino PC, they were let down by FedEx however that does not excuse the poor after sales service. I will not be using them again.
I will not be using Dino PC again because I don't the hassle.
Should Dino PC get back in touch and remedy the situation I will update this review.

Success at last.
[Name] from Dino PC rang to say that he would upgrade the warranty of my PC to two years parts and labour and has emailed the missing voucher codes. If this had been done a week ago this would be a five star review,they need to sort out their customer service issues.
