Customer service was not very helpful

Placed an order for a Dyson vacuum cleaner with Dyson directly and called the customer service to find out about the delivery details. The gentleman on the phone was not very helpful and was rushing to end the call without giving me any further details. No sure I made the right decision to purchase Dyson products! Certainly, it will have an impact on my purchases with Dyson!
