What superb service!

This is one of the best web buying experiences I have ever had. The pre-sales technical help was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. The buying process 'does what it says on the tin' Unfortunately one of the connectors arrived damaged and I got straight through to customer services who despatched a replacement which arrived early the following day in time for our programmed installation.
