Really disappointed, just not good enough.

When I ordered flowers for my Mum's birthday from your website I expected them to at least resemble the photo on the web page. What was delivered was nothing short of shocking especially as we had paid nearly 55pounds.
I have already been back to your website to lodge a complaint, I am merely taking advantage of this opportunity to complain again.
I have a photo and will gladly supply it so that you can see why I am so upset.
Don't think we will be using your services again and I will be telling anyone who is prepared to listen about our experience.
