Our order took more than 10 business days to arrive. After a second email enquiry, we received an email that the machine was broken. Understandably, these things happen, however no one got in touch with us to inform us the delivery would be late/the company was experiencing problems! Totally unprofessional, and will not use this company again or refer my friends and family to it

received your order on the 14th February and under the 5 working day turnaround this should have been despatched on the 20th February. I am very sorry that this was only despatched on Monday the 25th February.
You should have been informed of the delay on your order.
