No Post Install Support

Hi,

I had raised my concerns with the installation manager on the 1st of February <private data removed> and i was requested to send the photgraph of the install and problem area.... i hae done what was requested but I haven't even received a reciprocal response for the email to resolve the problem.

I am still awaiting for the response .... I was planning to get some more furniture work completed ? but i dont hink i will do it now.....

But anyways i expect the problem to resolved and responded.... I am paying for what i bought but if its not satisfactory i will not recommend to anybody i future either.
