I ordered 2 chairs in april 2012 only to be disapointed over and over again. Always the same answer or no answer, the products were damaged or delayed. Eventually with great regret I decided to have my money back but even that proves to be almost impossible. The information is that it takes 30 days (wich is a long time) for a refund but now after 45 days I contacted them that no money have been recieved another 30 day period might be needed and no guarantee this time either that the money reaches me.
