Quick delivery but failed to point out that packaging is left when large items delivered

I ordered a shower door which was delivered promptly but after I was asked to sign for the product the delivery men left without taking the large palates that they are delivered on. These took up most of my front garden and I struggled to move them (not that I new where to move them too!) Both Bath Empire and the delivery company refused to take them away and now I will have to pay to get them taken away
Such a shame as I have just moved in and could do with some more product from this company but can't be bothered with the hassle of getting rid of the waste
