Dear Sir, I have seen you send us a message in regards to your experience with your Credit Card. We received 2 times a denial of authorization from you bank. I guess you than used another card which was successful and we issued the ticket about 10-12 hours ago. I hope that by now you have been able to get your e-ticket.
If not, go to our web sites and log in with your booking number and last name to see both your booking and e-ticket.
We do not have phone support or email support, but you rightly used our Customer Support Center as this is the best way for communication with us. Thank You for your business. kind regards
