Terrible - product never arrived

I ordered online. Few days later recieved a flyer from a company I'd never heard of saying they'd attempted delivery while I was out and for some reason were unwilling to leave the prodcut with anyone else in the flat. I contacted the deliverer to rearrange but they claimed they'd done their part and the product had been returned to the company.
