Found what I was looking for and no hassle, brilliant considering all the problems I have had with items not being delivered as stated,out of stock and poor customer service.

Delivery communication
Slightly disappointed with delivery service. As received one email to confirm order received, and would receive an email stating order has been dispatched. No email received. After calling Bath Empire, who put me in touch with the Delivery Company -who were brilliant.They advised me that they were waiting for me to call them ot arrang a date!!! Anyway they were very good and advised they would deliver the same day as my call

I am sorry you are disappointed with the communication regarding delivery. Usually our delivery company will call you to book in the delivery so I apologise that this did not happen. It appears there was a mis-communication on this occasion between ourselves and the delivery company.
