Do not like the fact that you cannot be reached by phone

My stepdaughter suggested that I go on SkyScanner to book a vacation to Mexico. I didn't realize that I would then be transferred to SkyTours which was fine. I made my reservation and paid with a credit card. I got an e-mail saying that I was successful in making my reservation, however I was in Que to have my tickets issued. It has been 24 hours and I don't have a final confirmation which makes me nervous. I sent an e-mail and was told I couldn't send another as it would clog the system and take longer for answer to my inquiry. I still don't know if my tickets have been issued......help!
