Efficient and good value

I have placed my first order with Bigdug and have to say I was impressed. The order arrived quickly. Part of the item was unfortunately slightly damaged and I telephoned Bigdug to inform them. They immediately apologised and dispatched a replacement straight away, which arrived the next working day, no questions asked. It's easy to recommend a company when things go smoothly, but I think it more important to know what happens if something goes wrong.
