We ordered our shower and were quite disgusted with the delivery charges but non the less we paid £15 to get it delivered by 10am. My mother in law kindly stayed in and waited for the delivery. I woke in the morning to an email to say my items had been dispatched with an order tracking number. 10:30 arrived with no delivery. I called Victoria Plumb to be told that the tracking number didn't exist and that they would delve further and call me back. I then called again an hour later to be told to ring parcel force myself!! Obviously this didn't go down well, needless to say I didn't call them as I'd paid Victoria Plumb to get my items to me by 10am and they failed. I was told someone would call me back. By 2pm still no phone call, so I called back. I was then told I was one of about 70 people who hadn't had their order shipped and someone would call me back. At last I got a phone call at 15:30 (5 1/2 hours after my delivery was due) to be told it would be the following day. When I asked about my £15, I was told it would passed to a supervisor to see if they could refund the money. Quite frankly this is completely unacceptable. Do not pay for a timed delivery with this company! It's a waste of time.. Let's hope my items arrive and that they are acceptable!!!!!!!
