It's easy to post a good review of a company and I can confirm that Sliding Wardrobe World are an excellent company to deal with and to highlight this I have recommended them to two colleagues at work who have also made purchases and been equally delighted with the service they received. I can only echo all the positive comments that have been made about the company, I too have dealt with both Mark and Marie and their customer service is faultless.
It's when you appear to have a problem that they really shine though. One of our wardrobe doors appeared to have a blemish in the glass and both myself and my partner had closely examined it and decided the mark was definitely "in" the surface, not "on" the surface. I spoke with Mark who asked for photographs which was no problem, he forwarded these to the manufacturer/parent company who decided they were possibly glue marks. Mark emailed the response to me within 24hrs and armed with this new information I had a really good scrape with the hardest fingernail I could find and sure enough the marks vanished in front of my eyes! Admittedly it had been suggested I tried hot water and a glass scraper which would certainly have made it easier. The important points here are the speed of response, the understanding, the politeness and the fact that had there been a real problem they had promised to ship a new unit straight away.
This happened much earlier this year, unfortunately my service is not as good as Sliding Wardrobe World's and I have only just got around to posting this.
All in all, a very professional company
Ordered on-line, very easy to use site. Payment options included PayPal so very secure if required. Communication from Target Dry from the placing of the order to the next day delivery was excellent.
The product is just what I wanted at a good price and they even threw in a small packet of sweets!
