Very good customer service.

Brought a fluval edge with free heater arrived very quickly but wasn't happy with the heater I received, emailed them at 10.00 on the night got a message back straight away agreeing to exchange the heater for one I'd prefer, now that's very good customer service especially at such a late time on the night and the fact that the heater was a freebie in the first place, will be using again for anything else I might need!
