I ordered a 32" LCD TV from whatafind on a Friday evening, around 8pm. They took payment on the following Monday. I received the TV today, Tuesday, at 11:30am. I thought that was fantastic.
The TV was well packaged. Once removing the packaging the original box was a bit tatty but I think that's to be expected given the background of the products. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the TV and is working perfectly. I am completely happy.
I only have a few gripes with the entire process. Some background information on the products would have made me feel more secure about the purchase. Something like the item being end of line or surplus stock would add confidence to the buying process.
Lastly there's a lack of communication between receiving the order confirmation and receiving your item. I realise this might be quite difficult for whatafind to achieve.
Overall I was very happy with whatafind.com and recommend them and an online retailer.
(I didn't have the need to contact their customer care line so I can't comment on that aspect of the company)
